After your bag is delivered to LuxLoveLouis, it will undergo our inspection and authentication process before being listed on any of our platforms. If the agreed listing price does not sell your bag in the first week of being posted on LuxLoveLouis platforms, we will then lower the price on a weekly basis to help the item sell in a timely manner. The listing price will be lowered at a set amount each week in the amount of $25 off the last advertised listing price. Our goal is fair pricing for both sides, the client buying the item(s) and the consignor. Our current fee for consignment is a fixed non-refundable authentication fee as well as a 20% consignment fee. Please note your item will be professionally authenticated, and if it is determined counterfeit, a $45 fee will apply to receive your item back. This fee covers the authenticity process and shipping cost back to you. Your item will not be sent until we are reimbursed for authentication and shipping. LuxLoveLouis does not tolerate counterfeit goods. If for some reason LuxLoveLouis approves a cancellation after purchase or a Return, a 20% restocking fee will apply for each item. The item must be returned in the same exact condition as sent. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us within 3 - 5 days after the request is approved by LuxLoveLouis.
